It's easy to get lost amidst the daily grind of ordinary living, not to mention some of the unprecedented levels of stress in our world today. In therapy, my clients learn to develop compassion for themselves, find peace and let go of unfinished business that's holding them back from living fully. I'm excited to be alive and look forward to helping you recreate a sense of purpose and enthusiasm for the possibilities inherent in living at any age!
